There are plenty of things which you can make on your father’s special day.

1. Grilled Chicken

    Preparation time 

  • 5 minutes

    Cooking time

  • 30 minutes
  • Black pepper (ground)
  • Salt as required
  • 3 tbs Lemon juice
  • Half kg Chicken breasts or drumsticks
  • Vegetable oil or butter
  • One tablespoon hot sauce
  • Two tablespoon honey
  • Two tablespoon barbeque sauce
Grilled chicken
  • For marination, take one bowl, add bbq sauce, juice of lemon, honey, hot sauce, and spice up with salt and pepper as per according to taste. Then base the chicken pieces in the bowl for at least 4 hours. Grease pan with vegetable oil or butter, and then grill chicken, a minimum of 10 to 12 minutes is required for each side to cook to perfection.
  • Preheat grill (charcoal or gas) whatever you have for 10 to 15 minutes to get beautiful grill streaks and avoid the chicken from drying out. If you do not have a grill, then you can cook the chicken in the oven as well. 165ºF internal temperature is required to cook the chicken.
  • For chicken breasts, 8 to 10 minutes of cooking time is required for each side. For leg and thigh, 10 to 15 minutes each side. it’s necessary to marinate the chicken for a minimum of 4 hours to get good flavor. Do not base the chicken with marination while cooking, because sauce burns rapidly owing to the high amount of sucrose in it.
2. Tiramisu cheesecake

Serving: 6 to 7 persons


For base

  • 300g dark chocolate
  • 80g melted butter
  • 500g milk chocolate
  • 300ml cream
  • 100ml Digestive biscuits

For the cheesecake layer

  •  300g cream cheese
  • 200ml cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
Cheese cake
  • For the base, Crush the biscuits finely by using a food processor and then mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter. Then put it in the cake tin, pressing down to flatten the base properly, and then keep it in the fridge. For the second layer, combine chocolate and cream into a large bowl and soften over a pot of boiling water.
  •  When melted, quickly mix them and spread them over the biscuit base, after put them in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours. For the third layer, beat the cream cheese with cream. Then add vanilla, orange zest, and sugar in it. Afterward, pour the mixture over the chocolate layer. Keep the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
3. Fettucine Alfredo Pasta

Serving size: 1 to 3 persons

  • 2 cup Fettuccine pasta
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 250 g boneless chicken
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Black pepper powder
  • Butter 1 tbs
  • Oil 2 to 3 tbs
  • When boiling pasta, add ½ tsp of salt and one tbsp of oil in water to prevent pasta from sticking together. Then drain the hot water and keep the pasta in cold water for 5 minutes.
  • Now take one pan, add oil and chicken in it, and then cook until the chicken is tender.
  • For the white sauce, take another pan, add butter, cream, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, and oregano in it, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • In the last step, we are going to add cooked chicken and boiled pasta in the white sauce stir it properly and garnish with parsley. Finally, our delicious pasta is ready to serve.
4. Pulled Chicken Burger

Serving: 10 persons

  • 700 g boneless chicken (thigh or breast whatever you like)
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbs Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • ½ tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbs White vinegar
  • 5 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 tbs Butter
  • Chili flakes
  • 3 tbs hot sauce
  • 10 Cheddar cheese slice
  • 10 burger buns
  • Mayonnaise
  •  In one pan, add chicken, bbq sauce, paprika powder, soya sauce, brown sugar, ginger garlic paste, and salt (as per your taste). Then add 3 cups of water, cook it for 15 to 20 minutes or cook until the chicken is perfectly tender.
  • In the next step, shred the cooked chicken with your hands or you can use a spoon.
  • Take another pan, add butter, chopped onion, ketchup, chili flakes, white vinegar, hot sauce, and salt in it, and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add pulled chicken in it, mix properly and turn off the flame.
  • After that, toast the burger buns with butter; apply mayonnaise as required on both sides of the buns.
  • In the final step, add pulled chicken with cheese slice on one side of the burger bun and cover it with another side of the bun. ( if you are a veggie-lover, you can also add a slice of tomato and lettuce leaves to make your burger more flavorful) or ( if you want a more juicy burger, then you can add more ketchup, mayonnaise, and bbq sauce).
  •  Finally, our pulled chicken burger is ready to serve.
5. Chicken Stroganoff with egg noodles

Serving size: – 3 to 4 persons

  • 2 cup boneless chicken cubes
  • 7 medium-size mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cup cream
  • 3 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 4 tbs tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1 Chicken cube
  • Black pepper
  • 3 tbsp chopped Green onions
  • 3 cup boiled egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • When Boiling noodles, add one tsp of salt and 2 tbs of oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together. Then drain the hot water and keep the noodles in cold water for 5 minutes.
  • In one pan, add butter, chopped garlic, and chicken boneless cubes. Cook chicken on high flame for 15 minutes then add diced mushrooms, tomato puree, paprika, vinegar, black pepper, and salt (as per your taste)in it, let it cook for 5 minutes. After that add cream and cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • In the final step, garnish chicken with chopped green onion, finally, our stroganoff chicken is ready to serve with egg noodles.
6. Margarita pizza

Serving size: – make four 8 inch pizzas


For dough

  • 200 g plain flour
  • 4 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/8 cup oil
  • Water

For sauce

  • 5 tbs tomato puree
  • 1 tbs chopped garlic
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ cup water


  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Butter
  • Chili flakes
  • Italian seasoning
  • In one bowl, add flour, salt, yeast, and oil. Then add water for kneading the dough. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
  • In the second step, take another bowl, grease with oil, then add dough to this bowl, after that cover the bowl with a plastic wrapping sheet and keep it in a hot place for 1 hour.
  •  After one hour, you will see the size of the dough has become double. Now cut the dough into 4 equal parts and leave it for another hour. After one hour, it will be ready to use. For pizza sauce, in one pan, add oil, chopped garlic, and tomato puree with water. Then add chili flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and sugar, stir it well for 5 to 10 minutes. After that turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • Roll the dough, grease the 8-inch pizza pan with oil, then set the dough in the pan.
  •  In the next step, pour tomato sauce over the dough and then filled with both kinds of cheese.
  •  Now add more tomato sauce on the top, then again add cheese and sprinkle some Italian seasoning.
  • In the final step, bake it in a preheated oven at 180 c for about 15 minutes. Finally, our delicious pizza is ready to serve.
7. Creamy parmesan chicken

Serving: 3 persons

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt as required
  • 1 cup parmesan
  • Boneless chicken breasts ( 3 pieces)
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • ½ cup basil
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • Black pepper grounded

  • In one bowl; add flour, half cup grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix it properly, and then marinate both sides of chicken breast with flour batter.
  •  In one large pan, heat oil over medium flame. Add chicken and cook until turns golden, change side, and cook until the other side turns golden, turn off the flame, and set aside. In the third step, Take another pan, add butter when butter is melted add garlic, and cook for about 2 minutes. After that, add spinach to it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add chicken broth, cream, the other half of Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Then add lemon slices and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  •  In the last step, add chicken and cook until chicken is properly cooked, turn off the heat and garnish with basil. Our delicious creamy lemon chicken is ready to serve.
8. Pasta with sausage and sun-dried tomatoes

Serving: 4 persons

  • 400-gram beef sausages
  • 1 medium-size onion chopped
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 300-gram Penne pasta
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbs parsley, finely chopped
  • Half cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Cut sausage into round slices. In a deep pan, heat oil over medium flame. Add onions and sausage, cook for about 5 minutes. Then add chopped garlic and cook for one more minute.
  • Then add sun-dried tomatoes, penne pasta, and chicken broth, turn up the flame, and cook for about 12 minutes. When pasta is properly cooked, turn off the flame, add parmesan, and give it all a good mix. Garnish with parsley, serve with garlic bread.
9. Potato salad

Serving: 3 to 4 persons

  • 15 Baby potatoes ( sliced)
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp White vinegar
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper grounded
  • 1 tbs chopped Green onions
  • 2 eggs

  •  Boiled the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes until they are perfectly tender. After that drain the water and set it aside.
  • In another deep pan, boiled the eggs for 5 minutes. Once done, drain the hot water and keep eggs under cold water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Then in the third step, peel the eggs and cut them into small pieces.
  • Afterward, add mayonnaise and vinegar in one large bowl, mix them properly. Then add cooled potatoes, eggs, half a portion of the green onions, salt, and pepper, use a spatula to fold them together. Garnish with green onions. Our potato salad is ready to serve.
10. Ribeye steak

Serving: 2 persons

  • 2 rib-eye steak
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  •  Take out the steaks from the refrigerator and keep them at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  •  Then season the steak with salt and black pepper. Pour olive oil over a grill pan, heat over medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. After that place the steaks on a grill pan and cook for 2 minutes. Then add butter and garlic paste over the grill pan. When butter melted, start pouring the butter and garlic over the steaks with a spoon for few minutes.
  • Then change the side, repeat the same process above, and cook. Use a food thermometer to check internal temperature 130F for rare, 135F for medium-rare, 140 F for medium, and 155 F for well done.
  •  After cooking, set aside the steaks for 5 minutes, because the resting time after cooking helps the juices to redistribute into meat properly. You can serve the steak with mashed potatoes and baked vegetables.
