Here we are sharing plenty of delicious recipes to make your Ramadan more flavorful.

1. Homemade Dahi Baray

Serving size:  5 to 6 persons

  • 250 g Gram flour
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp Caraway seeds
  • 500 g Yogurt
  • Chat masala
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Black salt
  • 2 medium sizes Onion chopped
  • Tamarind sauce
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • Oil for deep frying

dahi bhalay

  • In one bowl, mix gram flour, ginger paste, cumin seeds, caraway seeds, baking soda, salt, and red chili powder as per your taste. Then add some water in the batter, give it all a good mix for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • In order to make bhalay, start pouring this batter into hot oil with a round spoon and fry them until turns golden, make 10 to 15 bhalay with this batter.
  • After that, take them out and keep in water for 10 seconds. Take out one by one and squeeze a little bit to drain extra water. Then set all the bhalas in one flat dish.
  • Take another bowl, then add yogurt, chat masala, garlic paste, black salt, and chopped onion in it, give it all a good mix for 2 minutes.
  • Afterward, pour this yogurt batter over the bhalas we have already set in a dish. Then in our final step, we are going to pour some tamarind sauce over the yogurt batter and using some chopped coriander leaves for garnishing. Finally, our mouth-watering Dahi bhalas are ready to serve.
2. Fruit Chaat

Serving size:  3 to 4 persons

  • Seasonal fruits (Mango, apple, banana, orange, grapes, melon, guava, strawberry, etc) cut into cubes (3 cups)
  • 5 tbs Orange juice (fresh or packet)
  • Sugar 4 tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/8 tsp

  • Mix all ingredients together, keep in the fridge for one to two hours. Our delicious fruit chat is ready to serve.
3. Chickpeas Chat 

Serving: 7 to 8 persons

  • Boiled White chickpeas 500 g
  • 2  medium Boiled potatoes  (cut into cubes)
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 6 chopped Garlic cloves
  • Half cup yogurt
  • Salt as required
  • 6 Whole red dried chilies
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Tamarind sauce 5 tbs
  • Lemon juice 2 tbs
  • 3 to 4 tbs oil
  • 1 small chopped onion and tomato for garnishing

  • Take one pan, add oil with chopped onion, and fry until turns golden.
  • In the next step, grind red chilies, cumin seeds, and coriander seeds.
  • Now add chopped garlic, cook for 1 to 2 minutes, then add ground spices and boiled chickpeas, stir properly for 2 minutes.
  • In the fourth step, add yogurt and again stir for 3 minutes. Then add potato cubes, chopped tomato, chat masala, and salt (as required),  then cook for 3 more minutes.
  • In the final step, add tamarind sauce and lemon juice, Garnish with chopped onion, tomato, chopped green chilies, and fresh coriander. Our delicious chickpeas chat is ready to serve.

4. Mince kachori

Serving: 8 persons


For kachori dough

  • 300 g Plain flour
  • salt as required
  • half tsp Baking powder
  • Oil for frying kachori
  • Half tsp carom seeds

For filling

  • 300 g goat mince
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • salt as required
  • 2 tbs Oil
  • half tsp Red chili powder
  • half tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

  • For the filling, take one pan, add oil and ginger garlic paste, cook for 1 minute.
  • In the next step, add chopped onion, and cook until turns golden. Then add mince and cook on high flame for 10 minutes.
  • Then add salt (as required), red chili powder, and black pepper powder, stir for 2 minutes. After that, add chopped green chilies, chopped fresh coriander, and lemon juice, cook the mince on low flame until perfectly cooked.
  • For the dough, take one deep big bowl, add flour, salt (as required), and carom seeds. Then add water for kneading the dough.
  • When the dough is ready, make 8 dough balls and then fill each ball with 2 tbsp ready minced. Prepare round kachoris and deep fry in hot oil. Finally, our delicious kachoris are ready to serve.
5. Fettucine Alfredo Pasta

Serving size: 1 to 3 persons

  • 2 cup Fettuccine pasta
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 250 g boneless chicken
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Black pepper powder
  • Butter 1 tbs
  • Oil 2 to 3 tbs

  • When boiling pasta, add ½ tsp of salt and one tbsp of oil in water to prevent pasta from sticking together. Then drain the hot water and keep the pasta in cold water for 5 minutes.
  • Now take one pan, add oil and chicken in it, and then cook until the chicken is tender.
  • For the white sauce, take another pan, add butter, cream, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, and oregano in it, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • In the last step, we are going to add cooked chicken and boiled pasta in the white sauce stir it properly and garnish it with parsley. Finally, our delicious pasta is ready to serve.

6. Pulled Chicken Burger

Serving: 10 persons

  • 700 g boneless chicken (thigh or breast whatever you like)
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbs Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • ½ tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbs White vinegar
  • 5 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 tbs Butter
  • Chili flakes
  • 3 tbs hot sauce
  • 10 Cheddar cheese slice
  • 10 burger buns
  • Mayonnaise

  •  In one pan, add chicken, bbq sauce, paprika powder, soya sauce, brown sugar, ginger garlic paste, and salt (as per your taste). Then add 3 cups of water, cook it for 15 to 20 minutes or cook until the chicken is perfectly tender.
  •  In the next step, shred the cooked chicken with your hands or you can use a spoon.
  • Take another pan, add butter, chopped onion, ketchup, chili flakes, white vinegar, hot sauce, and salt in it, and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add pulled chicken in it, mix properly and turn off the flame.
  • After that, toast the burger buns with butter; apply mayonnaise as required on both sides of the buns.
  •  In the final step, add pulled chicken with cheese slice on one side of the burger bun and cover it with another side of the bun. ( if you are a veggie-lover, you can also add a slice of tomato and lettuce leaves to make your burger more flavorful) or ( if you want a more juicy burger, then you can add more ketchup, mayonnaise, and bbq sauce).
  •  Finally, our pulled chicken burger is ready to serve.

 7. Chicken Stroganoff with egg noodles

Serving size: 3 to 4 persons

  • 2 cup boneless chicken cubes
  • 7 medium-size mushrooms
  • 4 tbs butter
  • 2 cup cream
  • 3 tbs White vinegar
  • 1 tbs Garlic chopped
  • 4 tbs tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1 Chicken cube
  • Black pepper
  • 3 Green onions
  • 3 cup boiled egg noodles
  • Oil

  •  When Boiling noodles, add one tsp of salt and 2 tbs of oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together. Then drain the hot water and keep the noodles in cold water for 5 minutes.
  •  In one pan, add butter, chopped garlic, and chicken boneless cubes. Cook chicken on high flame for 15 minutes then add diced mushrooms, tomato puree, paprika, vinegar, black pepper, and salt (as per your taste)in it, let it cook for 5 minutes. After that add cream and cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  •  In the final step, garnish chicken with chopped green onion, finally, our stroganoff chicken is ready to serve with egg noodles.

8. Margarita pizza

Serving size:  make four 8 inch pizzas


For dough

  • 200 g plain flour
  • 4 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/8 cup oil
  • Water

For sauce

  • 5 tbs tomato puree
  • 1 tbs chopped garlic
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ cup water


  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Butter
  • Chili flakes
  • Italian seasoning

  •  In one bowl, add flour, salt, yeast, and oil. Then add water for kneading the dough. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
  • In the second step, take another bowl, grease with oil, then add dough in this bowl, after that cover the bowl with a plastic wrapping sheet and keep it in a hot place for 1 hour. After one hour, you will see the size of the dough has become double. Now cut the dough into 4 equal parts and leave it for another hour. After one hour, it will be ready to use. For pizza sauce, in one pan, add oil, chopped garlic, and tomato puree with water. Then add chili flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and sugar, stir it well for 5 to 10 minutes. After that turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • Roll the dough, grease the 8-inch pizza pan with oil, then set the dough in the pan.
  • In the next step, pour tomato sauce over the dough and then filled with both kinds of cheese.
  •  Now add more tomato sauce on the top, then again add cheese and sprinkle some Italian seasoning.
  •  In the final step, bake it in a preheated oven at 180 c for about 15 minutes. Finally, our delicious pizza is ready to serve.
9. Papri chaat

Serving: 6 persons

  • 1 cup Plain flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tbs Semolina
  • salt as required
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/8 cup oil
  • water 1 cup
  • Half kg Boiled chickpeas
  • 2 cups Boiled potato cubes
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • salt as required
  • 3 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 2 tbs Chopped fresh coriander
  • 5 tbs Tamarind sauce

papri chaat

  • For papri, mix plain flour, wheat flour, semolina, salt (as required), cumin seeds, and water, then add oil to make the dough. Keep the dough for 20- 25 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough and cut it into a diamond shape. Then deep fry these papris into the oil on low flame and fry until turns golden. now papri is ready to use.
  • For chaat, take one bowl, add chickpeas, potato cubes, chat masala, salt, lemon juice, and onion. Set aside.
  • In the final step, garnish the chaat with fresh coriander and top with papri and tamarind sauce or you can also serve chaat over the base of the papri.
